The Youth Empowerment Synergy (YES Ghana) brings together innovative and energetic groups who work with relevant stakeholders to lay the foundation for the promotion of a sustainable and productive future for young people in Ghana

Our vision is of a world class centre of excellence in youth development policy, practice and research.

Mission:

The mission of YES Ghana is to support and promote policies and initiatives that help youth succeed in becoming life-long learners, productive members of society, materially sufficient, and self-respecting citizens.

Objective:

YES Ghana aims to facilitate collaboration, coordination, information sharing and advocacy amongst governmental organisations, non-governmental entities, academic institutions, research bodies, civil society, and eminent individuals.

Organisation:

Currently, YES Ghana is the foremost and most extensive youth organisation in Ghana, run by youth, for youth. It operates as a non-governmental organisation incorporated according to the laws of Ghana. It has an Advisory Board made up of five (5) members drawn from different sectors in the Ghanaian economy and society dedicated to sustainable development and youth empowerment. There is also a seven-member Steering Committee comprising young leaders from the Network. The day-to-day administration of the Network is entrusted to the National Office, led by the Executive Director
